1. General
1.1 Wolf Law Solicitors Ltd is a limited liability company registered in England & Wales under number 10637382.
1.2 Its registered office and principal place of business is at The Old Courthouse, Hughenden Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP13 5DT
1.3 Wolf Law is the trading name of Wolf Law Solicitors Ltd
1.4 We use the word “partner”, on this website and generally, to refer to a shareowner or director of Wolf Law Ltd or in either case an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. Confirmation as to the share owner/director status of a partner practising through Walf Law Solicitors Ltd can be provided on request.
2. UK Regulatory
2.1 Wolf Law Solicitors Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority – SRA number 637500
2.2 The Law Society of England and Wales is the designated professional body for the purposes of the Financial Services and Market Act 2000 (see below) but responsibility for regulation and complaints handling has been separated from the Law Society’s representative function. The SRA is the independent regulatory body and the Legal Ombudsman is the independent complaints handling body.

2.4 Financial Services and Markets Act 2000
2.4.1 Insurance mediation activity
Wolf Law is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. However, we are included on the Register maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity in the UK, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The Register can be accessed via the Financial Conduct Authority website.
2.4.2 Investment transactions
Wolf Law is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act to offer investment services to clients.
2.5 Interest on money held for clients
2.5.1 Interest will not be paid in relation to funds held in client account.
2.6 Non-judicial dispute resolution procedures (see also “Complaints procedure” on Complaints Page)
2.6.1 If at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service that the Firm has provided, and you would like to make a complaint, then please contact the partner responsible for your matter or your relationship partner who will be happy discuss the matter with you. If you are still dissatisfied, then you may invoke the Firms complaints handling procedure, which you can read. You will not be charged for the handling of your complaint.
2.6.2 If the matter is still not resolved, you may be entitled to ask the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) of England and Wales to consider the complaint. A compliant to LeO must normally be made six months of the date of the conclusion of the Firm’s complaints procedure and no more than six years from the date of the act/omission, or no more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint. 2.6.3 In addition, complaints (such as reporting someone’s behaviour) may be made to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). See www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems/report-solicitor page for more details.
3. Ethics and professional standards policy
3.1 Wolf Law is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards.
3. 2 These apply to all our people, regardless of role and to all our offices.
3.3 Wolf Law people are required to act professionally and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. Anti-corruption statement
4.1 Wolf Law has a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. We are committed to:
4.1.1 conducting business in a manner that complies with applicable laws and is consistent with the highest ethical standards including, among other things, standards intended to prevent bribery and corruption, and
4.1.2 using our best endeavours to ensure that those who perform services for and on behalf of Wolf Law – including employees, contractors, consultants, foreign counsel and agents – are aware of and share our commitment to conducting business ethically.
4.2 The Firm is subject to the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices
Act in respect of its activities throughout the world. Wolf Law will not use third parties or intermediaries to engage on its behalf in unethical practices that would be prohibited under any applicable laws if undertaken by Wolf Law. Wolf Law expects that all third parties and intermediaries that it engages will conduct themselves accordingly when acting on behalf or for the benefit of Wolf Law.

6. Anti-money laundering policies and procedures
6.1 Our anti-money laundering (AML) policies are generally based on the highest standards that are required in the jurisdictions where we operate, and apply in relation to all of our business in all of our offices, wherever they may be.
6.2 The Firm conducts client due diligence enquiries on each new client and persons connected with them and conducts ongoing monitoring of existing clients. These enquiries are based on the FATF Recommendations, and the EU Fourth Money Laundering Directive, although if additional information is required by the local rules of any country where we are being asked to work, that information will also be obtained.
6.3 Where necessary for these purposes, we seek relevant information from third party data suppliers. Where individuals have supplied personal data for this purpose we will only use it for that purpose and will keep it only as long as the relevant AML and data protection legislation requires.
6.4 The Firm also has internal procedures to ensure that any suspicions of money laundering are reported to the appropriate authorities where there is an obligation to do so. Lawyers and other relevant staff are provided with training on these issues.
7. Professional indemnity insurance
7. 1 Wolf Law has professional indemnity insurance cover with a cover level of £3,000,000. Further details can be provided on request.
